Water Fountain was created from an old railroad fuel car and a riveted fuel tank taken from a building on the Peoria, Illinois Riverfront. It makes a captivating centerpiece outside of the House on Garling. The Fountain is a unique blend of industrial equipment balanced against the soothing sounds of flowing of water.
